Devon is the sole owner of Top Rank Diamond Drilling Ltd. He grew up in Ste Rose Du Lac and started in the industry at the young age of 19. Starting Top Rank Diamond Drilling at only 20 years old, he is following his dads' footsteps in the diamond drilling industry. Devon has always been a fast learner, eager to be a business owner. 

Tammy has always grown up driving machinery while living on her farm in Laurier, Manitoba. She started the administrator position at the age of 19 years old with Top Rank Diamond Drilling Ltd., later beginning Top Rank Management Services in 2008. Tammy also helps Top Rank Diamond Drilling with projects all over Canada.
